Formed in the basement of the Chelsea Hotel in 2004 by members of the Hedge Fund community, the band in late 2007 became The Subscribers Foundation, Inc., a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation. Along the way, The Subscribers, whose members donate their time and performances, have helped to raise over $7,000,000 for worthy causes.
